The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing outbound sales operations, developing team capabilities, and ensuring consistent performance through structured processes and data-driven decision-making.
- Lead, coach, and support a team of outbound sales representatives to consistently achieve performance targets and key metrics.
- Build, improve, and implement sales playbooks based on performance insights, market feedback, and operational needs.

- Manage performance challenges, including coaching underperformers, creating improvement plans, and conducting difficult conversations when necessary.

Requirements:

- 4 years of experience leading sales teams, SDR teams, or outbound sales operations within a BPO environment.
- Proven experience creating and optimizing sales playbooks with measurable performance improvements.
- Previous experience working remotely with US-based clients or companies is required.
- Strong English communication skills with an American accent and confidence interacting with international stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs, reports, and performance metrics to guide decisions.
- Strong operational skills, including process management, workflow optimization, and CRM management.
- Ability to coach teams effectively, provide constructive feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
