Ski's Truck & RV Sales is looking for a motivated Sales Team Member to provide excellent customer service and sell travel trailers, fifth wheels, and motor coaches at our RV dealership.
Responsibilities :
- Ability to learn camper lines, including Coachmen®, Dutchmen®, Forest River®, Gulf Stream®, and KZ® travel trailers, fifth wheels, destination models, and RVs.
- Provide superior sales / customer service of campers on our nine-acre outdoor lot. Consistently meet / exceed sales goals.
- Ability to prepare camper sales paperwork and take deposits on units.
- Assist with camper marketing sheets and floor plans, as well as camper staging.
- Assist with the sale of camper supplies in our RV Parts and Accessories Store in person and on the phone.
- Process new inventory, stock shelves and assist sales team with merchandise and displays in the store.
- Assist with camper service paperwork and coordination.
Essential Job Skills :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous sales experience and a track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good math skills.
- General camper / RV knowledge preferred (or willing to learn).
- Superior organization and communication skills.
- Be willing to learn and work effectively with other members of the sales team.
- Must have weekend availability : Able to work at least two Saturdays per month (8 am to 1 pm).
- Willing to show campers in a variety of weather conditions.
- Able to stand / walk for long periods of time.
- Able to lift 30 lbs. or more to move inventory in the store.
- A valid driver's license and good work / attendance record required.
