\n- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards using Looker Studio and other data visualization tools
- Analyze new business initiatives to assess feasibility, impact, and alignment with strategic goals
- Ensure data availability, accuracy, and consistency to support decision-making across Sales, Success, and Growth teams
- Track, calculate, and present KPI performance, including forecasts and business outcomes
- Support cross-functional teams with data-driven insights and recommendations for process and performance improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable analytical solutions
- Contribute to improving data processes, reporting structures, and analytical frameworks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data analysis and dashboard development
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience working with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio
- Solid knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear business insights
- Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively
- Team-oriented profile with experience collaborating across multiple business areas
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven approach
- Spanish proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments is a plus
