Remote Counsel - Commercial

• Serve as the legal point of contact for customer and vendor contracts.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of complex technology agreements.

• Review and negotiate various commercial agreements.

• Participate in contract administration policies and practices.

• J.D. with excellent academic credentials.
• Member in good standing of state bar association.
• 4-8 years of commercial transactional legal experience.
• Proven expertise in structuring and negotiating complex software licenses.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to balance legal risks with business needs.
• Excellent judgment and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• High integrity and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with global privacy regulations such as CCPA and GDPR.
