- Support the development and maintenance of RPA robots designed to automate operational and administrative processes.
- Assist in mapping workflows and identifying opportunities for automation in collaboration with business teams.
- Develop and refine Python scripts for automation, integrations, and process improvements under the guidance of the technical team.
- Work with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar technologies.
- Support the implementation of API-based integrations between internal and external systems.
- Contribute to initiatives using artificial intelligence for automation, including automated document reading, classification, and data extraction.
- Monitor robot execution, identify failures, and assist with troubleshooting and incident resolution.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for automated processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and automation governance practices.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Python, preferably applied to automation, scripting, or system integrations through academic work, internships, or personal projects.
- Practical or academic exposure to at least one RPA platform, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, IBM Robotic Process Automation, Power Automate, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Strong logical reasoning and an analytical approach to identifying and solving technical problems.
- Genuine interest in process automation, technology, artificial intelligence, and continuous improvement.
- Organization, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and develop technically.
- Ability to follow technical standards, best practices, processes, and guidance from the development team.
- Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and knowledge sharing.
