This role combines full-stack software engineering with the development of innovative Generative AI solutions.
You will build intelligent agents and assistants designed to transform how teams operate and make business decisions.
The position spans backend development with Java and frontend engineering with Angular, alongside modern AI technologies.
You will work with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, agentic workflows, and advanced AI integrations.
Your work will contribute to scalable, secure, observable, and production-ready AI-enabled applications.

Candidates based in the Campinas Metropolitan Region are expected to work from the local offices according to the applicable attendance policy.
- Develop and evolve full-stack applications using Java on the backend and Angular on the frontend.
- Build Generative AI solutions, including intelligent agents, informational agents, and AI-powered assistants.
- Develop and optimize prompts to improve the effectiveness and reliability of interactions with AI agents.
- Implement RAG architectures, including chunking, embeddings, semantic and hybrid search, reranking, vector databases, and evaluation processes.
- Design and implement agentic workflows, orchestration, memory, tool/function calling, and integrations using MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Integrate applications with Generative AI and LLM APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and Azure OpenAI.
- Develop and consume REST APIs within scalable microservices architectures.
- Apply strategies for context management and model optimization, balancing cost, latency, and response quality.
- Implement observability, governance, security, evaluation metrics, CI/CD practices, automated testing, and Git-based development workflows.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in software architecture, AI engineering practices, quality, and delivery processes.
Requirements:
- Professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer with solid Java and Angular experience.
- Practical knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with prompt engineering and optimizing prompts for AI-powered applications.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and architectures.
- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and its application to AI integrations.
- Experience working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or Azure OpenAI is desirable.
- Understanding of agentic workflows, AI agents, orchestration, memory, and tool/function calling.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and REST API development and consumption.
- Familiarity with RAG components such as embeddings, semantic or hybrid search, reranking, vector databases, and evaluation methods.
- Understanding of LLMOps practices, including observability, governance, security, evaluation metrics, and model optimization.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Innovative mindset and interest in combining software engineering with emerging AI technologies.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
