Managing Director, Dual Credit Initiatives - REMOTE

• Master’s degree or higher in education, public administration, business, or related fields.
• Five years of experience in higher education, K-12 partnerships, or dual credit programs.
• Deep knowledge of dual credit and early college policies.
• Experience in large-scale program management and strategic planning.
• Familiarity with technology platforms for recruitment and data analysis.
• Strong interpersonal communication abilities with diverse audiences.
• Understanding of the K-16 educational pipeline and student success transition points.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change in a complex environment.
