Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services with a proven track record in client acquisition and retention
- Active Life and Health License is required
- FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred; support for obtaining these licenses may be available
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team building, coaching, and mentoring
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong client-centric approach
- Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term business growth
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
