• Own end-to-end engineering delivery and operational outcomes across the core application platforms, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability.
• Define and execute a clear technology roadmap addressing both near-term operational needs and long-term modernization goals.
• Lead and develop engineering managers, enhancing accountability, talent growth, and engineering excellence.
• Establish consistent engineering standards and delivery practices aligned with enterprise governance.
• Collaborate with business, product, and technology leaders to align engineering outcomes with organizational priorities.
• Identify and manage technical risk, focusing on legacy platforms and modernization initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery discipline and system reliability across teams.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in software engineering, application development, systems design, or IT engineering.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale, business-critical application platforms in an enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to define technology strategy and lead execution across multiple teams.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience managing engineering leaders and cross-functional delivery teams.
