• Lead the marketing strategy for assigned client accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive client discovery sessions to clarify goals and establish performance metrics.
• Develop cross-channel marketing strategies integrating various digital channels.
• Collaborate with the Senior Digital Strategist to ensure alignment with best practices.
• Partner with creative and technical teams to execute effective campaigns.
• Review content and campaigns to meet brand and messaging standards.
• Monitor performance and use data to optimize strategies.
• Stay updated on market trends and evolving customer behaviors.
• Contribute ideas for the partner's marketing initiatives.
• Support branding and marketing efforts for strategic sales pursuits.

• 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing strategy development.
• Strong background in at least two core marketing areas (SEO, paid media, content management).
• Proven track record of marketing successes supported by data.
• Experience in managing client accounts from discovery to execution.
• Ability to lead insightful client conversations and set clear objectives.
• Comfortable translating complex ideas into clear strategies for stakeholders.
• Collaborative spirit with ability to work seamlessly across teams.
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
