• Provide clinical and operational leadership for formularies and drug lists.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and pharmacists.
• Ensure accuracy of formularies in the Centralized Formulary System.
• Perform formulary analysis to improve operational flow.
• Develop measurements and plans for process improvements.
• Create formulary management process and training documentation.
• Make decisions regarding work methods with minimal direction.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Less than 5 years of technical experience.
• Experience in process improvement or design.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Visio, Excel, Access).
• Ability to adapt to change in fast-paced environments.
• Passion for enhancing consumer experiences.
