- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable data models and BI solutions.
- Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for efficient data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Develop and manage data models and visualizations with a strong focus on clarity, accuracy, and effective data storytelling.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across all reporting and BI solutions.
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve overall efficiency and scalability.
- Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests to assist business decision-making.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, with the ability to handle complex queries and large datasets.
- Solid understanding of data visualization and information design principles.
- Proven ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Nice to have: experience in iGaming, fintech, or regulated data-intensive industries; familiarity with Python or other BI tools; knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
