- Maintain and update dashboards related to sales performance and product portfolios, ensuring reliable visibility for decision-making.
- Manage product lifecycle processes, including product data updates, discontinued items, and packaging transition tracking.
- Coordinate the use of operational tools, consolidating information and preparing regular performance updates.
- Monitor marketplace operations and support brand reputation management through daily operational follow-ups and issue resolution.
- Analyze marketplace processes, including cancellation approvals and operational controls.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and proposing solutions based on data and business needs.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and analytical professional with an interest in digital commerce, data management, and operational processes. Experience working with reports, spreadsheets, and business indicators will help succeed in this role.
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong analytical profile with excellent organization and process management skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including data manipulation, reporting, pivot tables, and charts.
- Ability to work with operational data and transform information into actionable insights.
- Basic SQL knowledge is considered a plus.
- Familiarity with GCP and Data Studio is considered an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
