About the role

The Product Lead for Acquisition at Gemini will define and execute the global product strategy for acquiring, onboarding, and converting new users into high-value, long-term customers for the Gemini platform. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of product, growth marketing, and data science, owning the entire top-of-funnel experience from initial out-of-product touchpoints (e.g., paid media, SEO) to the in-product activation journey. Success requires a strategic focus on building scalable, AI-native acquisition tooling, managing complex funnel optimizations, and leveraging deep cohort and LTV analysis to drive efficient, sustainable, and accelerated growth across global markets.



Key responsibilities

  • Own acquisition product strategy — vision, roadmaps, and OKRs aligned to user growth and monetization
  • Build AI-native tooling for creative ops, bidding, and campaign management across performance channels
  • Optimize the full funnel from paid/organic traffic through sign-up and activation
  • Develop measurement and attribution models tracking CAC, LTV, and retention
  • Champion rapid A/B testing and turn conversion insights into repeatable playbooks
  • Partner with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and balancing growth against efficiency
  • Build generative AI-powered creative systems for fast ad asset iteration
  • Identify whitespace via market data, competitive intel, and user research — including new regions
  • Own SEO strategy, ensuring product structure ranks effectively in third-party search
  • Recruit and lead a team of PMs and specialists with a data-driven, ownership culture
