Job description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Administration Coordinator (Part-Time Temporary) to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support financial operations and administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily processes and accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and possess a passion for maintaining efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately record financial transactions, including contracts, expenses, revenue and payroll into accounting software.
  • Prepare and process accounts payable invoices, manage vendor payments, and oversee outstanding receivables.
  • Process staff payroll
  • Perform reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Generate financial reports
  • Assist with annual audit preparation
  • Maintain and file administrative documents
  • Prepare and maintain employee records

Skills

  • Proficiency in financial software applications for data entry, reporting, and record management
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within teams
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-moving environment
  • Previous accounts payabe/receivable, budgeting, payroll processing, grant reporting and audit preparation e xperience
  • Advance Microsoft Excel skills
