Responsibilities
- Accurately record financial transactions, including contracts, expenses, revenue and payroll into accounting software.
- Prepare and process accounts payable invoices, manage vendor payments, and oversee outstanding receivables.
- Process staff payroll
- Perform reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Generate financial reports
- Assist with annual audit preparation
- Maintain and file administrative documents
- Prepare and maintain employee records
- Proficiency in financial software applications for data entry, reporting, and record management
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-moving environment
- Previous accounts payabe/receivable, budgeting, payroll processing, grant reporting and audit preparation e xperience
- Advance Microsoft Excel skills
