Warehouse Associate - Brownsburg
Intro
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with Radial in Brownsburg. This role involves handling inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring product accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Patterns
- Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- Flexibility required for 10-hour shifts and weekends
Pay Rates
- 16.75 USD hourly
Requirements
- Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Familiar with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
- Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
- Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes
Role
- Physically unload freight from containers and trailers
- Build and shrink-wrap pallets according to distribution instructions
- Receive freight and identify case packs and pallet patterns
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
