Robotic Welder - Taylor
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Robotic Welder to work with Watson Engineering Skilled in Taylor. This role involves operating robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality components while maintaining safety and production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Shift Patterns
- 1st Shift: 6:30am to 2:30pm Monday-Friday (Overtime based on workload on weekends)
- 2nd Shift: 2:30pm to 11pm Monday-Friday (Overtime based on workload on weekends)
Pay Rates
- 19.00 - 21.00 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Robotic Welder
- 1 year of robotic welding or a similar welding role
- Ability to operate robotic welding machines and equipment
- Ability to pass a MIG welding test
- Previous experience with MIG welding
Desirable Requirements for Robotic Welder
- Previous robotic welding experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Role Tasks for Robotic Welder
- Operate and monitor robotic welding machines to produce quality welds.
- Load and unload metal parts into robotic welding equipment.
- Perform MIG welding as needed.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and production specifications.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and report mechanical issues.
