Essential requirements for Onsite Supervisor
- Recent experience supervising a team of 20 or more employees.
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Proven ability to meet company standards and team performance metrics.
Desirable requirements for Onsite Supervisor
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Experience in Quality Control.
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems.
Role for Onsite Supervisor
- Anticipate staffing requirements and manage daily warehouse floor operations.
- Provide accurate productivity, headcount, and attendance reports.
- Manage employee relations, including coaching, performance reviews, and training.
- Ensure key performance indicators such as Fill Rate and On-Time Attendance are met.
- Develop contingency plans for unexpected events and maintain operational standards.
