Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of production planning, ensuring timely delivery of products while optimizing resources and minimizing waste
• Manage manufacturing processes utilizing ERP systems such as SAP and MRP to streamline workflows and improve productivity
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Oversee plant management activities including safety protocols, quality control, and mechanical maintenance to uphold high standards
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to analyze logistics data, forecast demand, and improve supply chain management strategies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks, analyzing performance metrics, and applying best practices in operations management
• Supervise assembly lines and mechanical operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations

Experience

• Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of supply chain management and operations optimization
• Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms; familiarity with MRP systems is highly desirable
• Demonstrated success in implementing lean manufacturing techniques and process improvements to boost efficiency
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment and assembly processes
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced setting with a focus on quality control and safety compliance
• Ability to analyze supply chain data using supply chain analytics tools to inform decision-making and strategic planning
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required to facilitate effective communication across diverse teams
