Human Resource Information System Manager

Location: Mission Valley, San Diego (On-site)

Schedule: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Manager to oversee and optimize our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role will support data accuracy, reporting, system enhancements, and provide user support across the HR team. The HRIS Manager will work closely with HR and Payroll leadership to ensure accurate timekeeping and compliance with state and local wage and hour regulations.

HRIS Administration & Data Management

• Maintain and manage HRIS (UKG Ready/Kronos) ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Manage system security, workflows, and user access.
• Process employee data changes (new hires, terminations, job/comp changes, etc.).
• Perform regular audits to ensure compliance and accurate records.

Reporting & Analytics

• Generate standard and custom reports for HR and leadership.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Assist in developing dashboards and tracking key HR metrics.

System Enhancements & Support

• Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to identify system improvements.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and new feature rollouts.
• Serve as point of contact for timeclock functionality and biometric device support across worksites.
• Provide training and ongoing support to HRIS users.

• 5 years of hands-on experience with UKG Ready (Kronos) required.
• 3 years of HRIS implementation, integration, or project management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate HR needs into system solutions.
• Experience supporting timekeeping systems; familiarity with TimeIPS, PTS, or similar tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (7 years).
• HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, HRIP) preferred.
