What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician II - 2nd Shift position at Job Openings?
ITU AbsorbTech is looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join our 2nd shift team in Neenah, WI.
In this role, you will:
- Repair and maintain industrial laundry machinery
- Work with electrical, boilers, pumps, compressors, hydraulics, and other production machines and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical devices
- Work from blueprints, electrical schematics, operational manuals, and manufacturer's specification
- Perform general maintenance operations
Driving Requirement: A valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check are required for this position.
Pay: $31-$32.81 an hour, based on experience, $0.50 shift differential for 2nd shift. $1,500 sign-on bonus after 30 days.
Schedule: 12pm to 8:30pm; Monday-Friday. Occasional weekends as needed.
Education and Experience:
Associate’s degree in Facilities Maintenance (or similar) and 3–5 years’ related experience in maintenance or mechanical repair, including troubleshooting and diagnosis of mechanical and equipment issues, is required.
