Sales Support Coordinator Williams

Position Responsibilities 

May include: 

 Use Quotation Analysis tools to estimate cabinetry projects and finalize pricing for fulfillment and logistics. 

• Work closely with the sales team to develop accurate, well-formatted proposals that reflect needs and project scope. 

• Produce shop drawings for awarded projects and assist with ad hoc design requests via the Williams Designs channel. 

• Provide technical assistance by printing take-offs and researching product specifications as needed 

• Maintain accurate and organized project files and contract documentation using a predefined structure. 

• Coordinate material orders and stage project fulfillment using CRM tools. 

• Participate in training and sales meetings to stay aligned with team goals and industry trends. 

• Collaborate across departments and support additional initiatives to meet evolving business needs. 

• Support additional projects and duties as needed to meet business demands. 

Knowledge & Skills 

• Demonstrates sound judgment, professionalism, and a strong sense of integrity. 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

• Strong organizational skills with a proactive mindset and meticulous attention to detail. 

• Excellent communication skills. 

• Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools. 

Experience 

• Experience with cabinetry, construction, or design software (especially 20/20 Design) is a strong. 

Education/Certification 

•  High School Diploma or GED equivalent.  

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Construction Management, or related field preferred
