Position Overview
Are you looking for a steady summer job with great daytime hours and weekends off? We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Summer Cleaning Technicians to join our team. Schedule & Pay
- Status: Temporary / Seasonal (Summer)
- Days: Monday through Friday (No weekends!)
- Hours: Jobs are scheduled between 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM
- Pay: 19.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of rental units (apartments, condos, or houses) between tenant move-outs and move-ins.
- Sanitize kitchens and bathrooms, clean appliances, wipe down baseboards, wash windows, and vacuum/mop floors.
- Ensure all turnover cleaning tasks meet our high-quality standards and are completed within scheduled timeframes.
- Travel between different job sites throughout the workday. This is paid at the state minimum wage plus mileage.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Must have a reliable, insured personal vehicle to travel between rental properties.
- Strong attention to detail and a hard-working attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person!
- Ability to handle physical work (bending, lifting, kneeling, and standing for long periods).
