• Manage daily social media activities using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure timely posting and active engagement.
• Monitor social media channels through social listening techniques to gather insights on audience preferences, trending topics, and brand sentiment.
• Analyze social media performance metrics using Google Analytics and platform-specific analytics tools to optimize content strategies and improve engagement rates.
• Collaborate with public relations teams to craft messaging that enhances brand reputation and supports marketing campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to increase content visibility and reach targeted audiences effectively.
• Engage with followers through comments, messages, and relationship management efforts to foster a vibrant online community.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, media performance analytics, and digital marketing innovations to continuously refine content creation approaches.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media content creation, digital marketing performance monitoring, or related roles with a strong portfolio of multimedia projects.

• Familiarity with social media management platforms for scheduling and analytics purposes.

• Strong writing skills with an eye for proofreading and crafting compelling content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple platforms.
