Garage Monkey is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Content Creator to help grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms. This role is focused on creating engaging automotive content that captures attention, increases brand awareness, and supports business growth.
We are looking for someone who understands social media trends, audience behavior, and modern content creation. The ideal candidate knows how to turn everyday moments into compelling content and create videos that keep viewers engaged from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Create, film, and edit short-form video content across social media platforms
- Develop content ideas aligned with current trends, sounds, and platform algorithms
- Produce high-quality reels, TikToks, and short-form videos that drive engagement
- Capture content at our locations, events, and day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with management to execute content strategies and campaigns
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
- Understanding of social media trends, audience retention, and content performance
- Ability to work independently and consistently generate new content ideas
- Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling skills
- Portfolio demonstrating previous content creation and editing work
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with automotive, lifestyle, retail, or service-based brands
- Knowledge of social media analytics and content optimization
- Photography and videography experience
