- Responsible for all points of data mining, extraction, manipulation, analysis, and reporting
- Develops and reports daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of key performance indicators related to warehouse operational metrics
- Provides critical analysis of costs associated with logistics, warehouse, and transportation operations
- Supports improvement opportunities and monitors discrepancies throughout the organization
- Works with cross-functional teams to validate data and collaborate on operational insights
- Data & business analysis
- Data mining & extraction from multiple sources to build reports
- Daily, weekly, and monthly report generation
- Report automation & design
- Maintaining existing dashboards; weekly & monthly analysis and reporting
- Help drive critical business decisions through in-depth analysis; provide recommendations based on findings
- Develop models that help with decision-making
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement
- Publish standard and complex ad-hoc reports with varying detail for different audiences
- Minimum 3 years of experience in reports and data analysis within logistics, distribution center, warehouse, and/or supply chain environments
- High proficiency in MS Excel (40%), SQL (35%), Access, BI Tools, and PowerPoint (25%) required
- Experience with SAP and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, or related field
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong data mining skills and experience extracting & manipulating data from multiple sources
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of management
- Results driven; ability to handle multiple projects and work independently without supervision
- Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
