Key Responsibilities
- Forecast inventory needs and place purchase orders to maintain fill rate and inventory objectives
- Expedite supplier orders and resolve dealer backorders to improve customer service levels
- Coordinate new model parts planning and ensure inventory readiness during vehicle launches
- Monitor purchase orders, supplier performance, and inventory trends
- Analyze inventory data and recommend improvements to supply planning processes
- Maintain accurate part master data, purchase order records, and reporting documentation
- Support system enhancements, reporting improvements, and ad-hoc supply chain analysis
- Collaborate with suppliers, internal departments, and cross-functional teams to meet operational goals
- 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, procurement, or quantitative analysis
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required; experience with reporting tools and databases preferred
- Experience with inventory forecasting and supply planning required
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to changing business needs
- Automotive industry experience preferred but not required
- APICS or supply chain certifications are a plus
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Minimal travel may be required.
