- Post and manage job openings, screen candidates, facilitate phone/video interviews, and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Respond to employees’ HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate meetings with executives to discuss HR initiatives, policies, and compliance updates.
- Manage Group Health Insurance, Workers’ Compensation, and Unemployment Benefits programs.
- Research, monitor, and update federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Maintain and update employee manuals, HR documentation, and personnel records.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and reporting to identify trends, assess performance, and uncover opportunities for improvement; prepare regular reports and dashboards for management.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for future performance.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support planning, performance evaluation, and outcome projections.
- Provide strategic support by delivering analytical insights that inform key business and investment decisions.
- Assess financial risks and assist in the development of mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to collect and verify financial data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
- Perform other HR and finance-related tasks as assigned.
- Bilingual in Korean and English (Native proficiency in Korean required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Motivated self-starter and strong team player
- Highly Preferred:
- Experience with QuickBooks and tax management
- Financial background or relevant work experience in finance or accounting
