RESPONSIBLE FOR
-Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
-Provide administrative support.
-Answering the office line
-Maintain organized records of our projects and ensure accurate documentation of office activities.
-Provide exceptional support to clients in person or via phone.
-Utilize computer software to manage office tasks efficiently and effectively.
-Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance workflow.
-Keeping the company bills up to date.
-Running errands
-Collecting employees' time cards
-Maintaining QuickBooks up to date
Requirements
- Proven experience as an office assistant, clerk, or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize workload efficiently.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and willingness to learn new skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.88 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 β 30 per week
