Construction / Contractor Assistant

This role assists the contractor with scheduling, customer communication, paperwork, and job coordination to keep projects running smoothly.Responsibilities:    •    Provide daily support to the contractor and project team    •    Manage and maintain company calendars, including:    •    Scheduling inspections, site visits, meetings, and deliveries    •    Coordinating availability with clients, subcontractors, and vendors    •    Sending reminders and updates to ensure schedules stay on track    •    Assist with scheduling subcontractors and material deliveries    •    Communicate with clients regarding project updates and next steps    •    Help prepare estimates, change orders, and basic project documentation    •    Organize permits, invoices, contracts, and job files    •    Run occasional errands such as:    •    Dropping off or picking up documents    •    Visiting the post office, suppliers, or city offices    •    Picking up materials, samples, or coffee for the team    •    Assist with material ordering and tracking    •    Visit job sites as needed to support coordination    •    Handle miscellaneous tasks that help keep operations efficientQualifications:    •    Strong organizational and time-management skills    •    Comfortable managing and updating digital calendars    •    Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license    •    Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities    •    Positive, helpful attitude    •    Construction or administrative experience is a plus, but not requiredWhy Join Us:    •    Hands-on exposure to residential construction projects    •    Opportunity to grow within a quality-driven company    •    Supportive, team-oriented work environment
