We are a growing construction company looking for a reliable and organized Assistant / Office Admin to join our team. This position will support both our office operations and some personal tasks. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities: • Answer phones, take messages, and provide excellent customer service • Collect, review, and file employee time cards • Basic bookkeeping tasks (filing receipts, helping organize financial records, etc.) • Assist with scheduling, appointments, and personal administrative tasks • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems • Prepare simple documents, emails, and reports • Support day-to-day office operations as needed • Collect payments and send invoices.Requirements: • Previous administrative or office experience preferred • Strong communication and customer-service skills • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, file management) • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required • Familiar with Quickbooks
