Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bellingham, MA, for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment. Additional responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance measures, ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely, troubleshooting issues, and working with electrical and plumbing components as required.
Qualifications
- Skilled in Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues to identify and repair system faults efficiently
- Knowledge of Plumbing systems and capabilities in handling related installation and repair tasks
- Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance procedures to ensure optimal system performance and longevity
- Familiarity with EPA regulations and certification to handle refrigerants and ensure environmental compliance
- Understanding of basic Electricity concepts and their application in HVAC systems
- Physical ability to perform job-related tasks, including lifting and working in varying environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach
- Previous experience in HVAC or related fields is advantageous
