Southeast Regional – Tunnel Hill Based | Home Weekly | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
Job Description:
We're hiring Southeast Regional drivers based out of Tunnel Hill. This is a great opportunity for CDL-A drivers seeking consistent weekly home time, solid pay, and reliable support. If you're detail-oriented with your trip planning and looking for steady regional miles, this position is for you.
Position Highlights:
- Home Time: Weekly (34-hour reset at home)
- Average Miles: 2000 miles/weekly
- Pay: $0.56 – $0.60 CPM (based on experience)
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,200 – $1,400 gross
Freight: 100% no-touch freight
50–60% drop and hook
- 40–50% live unload
Equipment:
- 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths
- 24/7 operations support
Bonuses and Extra Pay:
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 total
$500 after first load
- $500 after 30 days (must be active and seated at time of payout)
- Detention Pay: $12.50/hour (after 2 hours)
- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day
- Performance Bonus: Up to 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity (starts the first of the month after hire; must be active at time of payout)
Driver Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience in the last 36 months
- Clean driving record
- No SAP drivers
- Must complete and pass an extensive road test during orientation
