Our client, a busy pool service company is seeking a dependable and organized Customer Service & Scheduling Representative to join their team in Billerica, MA on a temporary to hire basis. This would be a in-office Mon-Fri 7am-4pm schedule, with more hours offered potentially during their busy season (May through Sept). This position is the primary point of contact for customers and plays a key role in coordinating daily service schedules for technicians. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a fast-paced workload during the pool season.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and service inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate pool openings, closings, maintenance visits, and repair appointments
- Communicate scheduling updates and service information to customers and field technicians
- Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details
- Assist with route planning and daily scheduling adjustments
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Process work orders, invoices, and general administrative tasks
- Support office operations as needed during peak seasonal periods
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service, dispatching, or scheduling experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Friendly, professional, and reliable attitude
- Experience in service, construction, HVAC, landscaping, or pool industries is a plus
