Steel Service Center located in Jackson, TN seeking an Inside Sales Rep. Experience in the steel industry as well as some exposure to reading prints is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Provide excellent customer service
- Quote and Order entry
- Work with plant and shipping to ensure on time and accurate deliveries
- Continue to stay updated on Market Trends (i.e. Material Pricing, Customer Activities, Competitor Activities)
Qualifications
- Sales experience
- Experience in the Steel industry preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, word
- Strong basic math skills (i.e. fractions, measurements, price per pound calculations, etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
