Maintenance Manager Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Manager to lead our Maintenance Team and maximize the reliability and performance of plant equipment. This role will drive the transition from reactive to proactive maintenance by developing and maintaining a robust preventative maintenance program focused on reducing unplanned downtime. The Maintenance Manager will lead professional maintenance improvement initiatives, incorporate World Class Manufacturing principles into maintenance systems, and foster strong working relationships across all plant personnel. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, technical expertise in industrial maintenance, and a continuous improvement mindset focused on equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and long-term plant performance.
Candidates Must Have:
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline is required for this role.
- 10 or more years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is required for this role.
- 5 years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience improving plant equipment reliability.
- Experience managing mechanical and electrical technicians responsible for proactive and reactive maintenance.
- Maintenance leadership experience in a union environment is a plus, not a requirement for this role.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
