Key Responsibilities:
- Lead plant cost reduction initiatives through cost analysis, financial planning, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Own plant cost metrics, budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting to ensure achievement of operational and financial targets.
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders to optimize spending and improve profitability.
- Drive cost control programs and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and operational performance.
- Support annual operating plan (AOP) budgeting and ongoing cost management strategies.
Candidates Must Have:
- 7 years of experience with identifying and implementing cost saving programs within a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required
- Proven success leading cost reduction initiatives, operational improvements, and continuous improvement programs.
- Strong understanding of cost modeling, budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, and financial analysis.
- Experience with high-volume manufacturing environments, MRP systems, and ERP platforms (SAP, Kinaxis RapidResponse preferred).
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SAS, or similar analytics tools.
Salary : $99,000 - $142,000
