Key Responsibilities
Policy servicing support — processing endorsements, certificate requests, ID cards, and policy changes under the supervision of a senior AM. Answering inbound calls and emails for routine service requests that don't require coverage judgment. Updating client information in the AMS, keeping records clean and up to date, and supporting the VAs by serving as the licensed escalation point for anything they can't handle without a license.
Renewal Support:
Pulling renewal reports and organizing accounts 90 days out. Preparing renewal packets and summary documents for the senior AM to review. Following up with clients on outstanding renewal information — updated drivers, property values, business changes. Running quotes under the direction of the senior AM.
Administrative:
Issuing certificates of insurance and evidence of property. Processing billing questions and payment plan changes. Scanning, filing, and maintaining electronic client files in the AMS and sending out policy delivery letters and coverage confirmation emails.
Cross-Sell Support:
Flagging cross-sell opportunities they identify during service calls and handing them to the senior AM or your 1099 producer rather than trying to close them independently until they're ready. Running multi-line household reports for the senior AM to review.
