JMI Sports
Park, UT Full Time
POSTED ON 1/8/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 2/6/2026
THIS IS AN IN PERSON POSITION THAT WILL REPORT TO OFFICES EITHER IN PARK CITY, UT or DEL MAR, CA.

Summary

JMI Sports is seeking a senior Human Resources leader to serve as a hands-on partner to company leadership and a core member of our operations team. This role blends strategic leadership with direct execution and is ideal for an HR professional who values ownership and impact over team size.

This position holds end-to-end responsibility for HR, payroll, benefits, compliance monitoring and employment documentation, with responsibility for both strategic development and hands-on execution. The hire will participate in leadership-level planning and decision-making while personally overseeing day-to-day HR operations. A successful candidate will be comfortable taking direction, identifying improvements, and then implementing those changes independently.

This role requires a broad and practical HR background, strong judgment, and exceptional attention to detail. The right candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, manages competing priorities with accuracy, and stays current on evolving employment laws and practices across multiple states. They are energized by variety, accountability, and the opportunity to shape systems while also ensuring flawless execution.

We are looking for someone who is collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented—capable of taking direction from leadership while proactively recommending enhancements that keep the company compliant, competitive, and aligned with best practices.

This is a full-time position based in Park City, UT OR Del Mar, CA (TBD based on candidate selection) supporting corporate headquarters and property offices nationwide. Occasional travel will be required.

JMI Sports is an Equal Opportunity Employer seeking diverse, qualified candidates to join our team.
