Pay Rate: $20/H

Schedule: Full-Time (Temp to Perm)

Overview:
This position supports customer service and order processing within a production and supply environment. The role focuses on accurate order management, inventory coordination, and responsive customer communication to ensure smooth operations between customers, sales, production, and shipping teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer questions via phone and email
• Process orders, returns, and credits accurately
• Check inventory, order status, and shipment tracking
• Provide product information and pricing
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate as needed
• Support internal teams and maintain accurate records in the system
• Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of customer service or order management experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience using ERP or CRM systems preferred
• AS400 experience is a plus
