Warehouse Recycling Laborers
- Location: Jacksonville, FL
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM (occasional Saturdays, subject to business needs)
- Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
- Must be 18
- years old
- Requirements: Pre-employment drug test & basic background check
- Sort and separate recyclable materials from conveyor belt
- Place materials in designated areas
- Maintain clean work area and empty refuse containers as needed
- Work safely around moving equipment in the recycling center
- Wear required PPE (including 6” steel-toe boots)
- Exposure to airborne dust and dirt particles
- Varying temperatures (facility not heated or cooled)
- Physically active role with frequent lifting, bending, and climbing
- Ability to stand for long periods in non-climate-controlled conditions
- Comfort working in dusty environments
- Frequent lifting (30 lbs), bending, stooping, reaching, and stair climbing
- Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and reflexes
- Ability to remain alert, focused, and safe at all times
- Capability to judge time, distance, and perform tasks requiring high cognitive function
