We're looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to help with general property maintenance and light landscaping on Nautilus Island. This is a hands-on outdoor role suited to someone who takes pride in keeping grounds clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and clear fallen branches and debris
- Weeding garden beds and maintaining flower/planting areas
- Weed wacking / string trimming along walkways, fence lines, and hard-to-reach areas
- Leaf blowing and clearing walkways, driveways, and common areas
- Light painting touch-ups (fences, railings, small structures, etc.)
- General cleaning of outdoor spaces
- Basic upkeep of tools and equipment used on the job
- Reporting any larger maintenance or landscaping issues that need attention
Qualifications
- Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or general maintenance preferred (not required)
- Comfortable operating basic landscaping equipment (weed wacker, leaf blower, etc.)
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to lift, bend, and be on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
