Job Summary
A new ecommerce operation backed by an established consumer-products company is looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Marketplace & Catalog Manager to help build it from the ground up.
This person will work directly with the Head of Ecommerce to manage and improve an existing catalog of approximately SKUs while preparing and launching new products. The initial focus will be Amazon, with additional marketplaces added over time.
Responsibilities
- Manage product listings and catalog data in Amazon Seller Central and future marketplaces.
- Migrate, clean up, organize and optimize an existing catalog.
- Create and maintain parent/child variations, SKU and ASIN mappings, titles, bullets, images, attributes and backend data.
- Launch new products and troubleshoot suppressed, inactive, duplicate or incomplete listings.
- Help build and maintain the company’s Sellercloud catalog and marketplace workflows.
- Coordinate inventory, FBA and FBM activity, orders and warehouse requirements.
- Monitor listing performance, account health and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate product information across marketplaces and internal systems.
- Work in a hands-on startup environment where priorities move quickly and responsibilities may expand.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and marketplace catalog management.
- Experience creating and correcting parent/child variations and working with bulk files or flat files.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization and follow-through.
- Ability to troubleshoot marketplace issues and work independently.
- Experience with Sellercloud or a similar multichannel ecommerce system is preferred.
- Experience with additional marketplaces such as Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify or Whatnot is a plus.
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Monmouth County, New Jersey. It is an opportunity to join a new operation at the ground level, take ownership of an important part of the business and grow with the company.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
