About the Job
We're looking for an experienced Marketplace Catalog & Listing Specialist to help manage and grow our presence across major online marketplaces and retail partners.
This role is focused on marketplace catalog management, product content, listing optimization, and ensuring products are published accurately across a growing network of third-party marketplaces.
We're looking for someone with strong marketplace experience, exceptional attention to detail, and a deep understanding of product data, listing compliance, catalog management, and marketplace operations.
Please note: This is an in-person position based in our Avenel, NJ office. We are not currently considering remote candidates.
What You'll Do
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings across multiple online marketplaces and retail partners.
• Ensure listings are published accurately and comply with each marketplace's content, image, category, and compliance requirements.
• Write and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, product attributes, keywords, and other marketplace content.
• Manage product catalogs using marketplace portals, feeds, templates, bulk upload tools, and platform integrations.
• Maintain accurate product data, specifications, dimensions, images, categories, pricing, and product attributes across all sales channels.
• Monitor listings for publishing issues, suppressed products, content errors, and catalog discrepancies, and resolve them promptly.
• Coordinate new product launches, catalog updates, pricing changes, and ongoing content improvements.
• Work directly with leadership to ensure products are accurately represented across every marketplace.
• Continuously optimize listings to improve marketplace visibility, search performance, and conversion rates.
• Identify marketplace trends, competitive opportunities, and gaps in our product assortment, and provide recommendations for new products and line expansions.
• Stay current with marketplace requirements, retailer guidelines, and platform updates.
Ideal Background
• Marketplace catalog or listing management.
• Experience managing product listings across multiple online marketplaces and retail partners.
• Experience using Shopify, Mirakl, retailer portals, marketplace management platforms, PIM systems, and other catalog management tools.
• Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, CSV imports, product feeds, bulk uploads, and large product catalogs.
• Strong understanding of marketplace content requirements, product taxonomy, catalog structure, and listing compliance.
• Excellent written communication, proofreading, and product copywriting skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation
$60,000–$85,000, depending on experience.
