About the Role
We are seeking a very senior-level Technology Program Manager to support the execution and coordination of technology projects from initiation through delivery.
The ideal candidate will have strong overall IT experience across areas such as Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, Security, Cloud, Software, and Hardware, with proven experience leading multiple projects and managing demanding stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
- Manage day-to-day execution of assigned technology projects
- Ensure milestones, deliverables, and dependencies remain on track
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation
- Lead multiple concurrent technology projects
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology
- Drive project execution and process across demanding stakeholder groups
- Support timely delivery of technology initiatives
Technology Initiatives
Coordinate projects across technology domains, including:
- Software implementations
- Hardware deployments
- Cloud solutions
- Infrastructure initiatives
- Security enhancements
- Enterprise system upgrades
Risk & Financial Management
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies
- Escalate appropriately when needed
- Track project budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting
- Maintain standardized reporting templates and dashboards
Qualifications
8 years of project management experience supporting technology initiatives
Very senior-level talent only
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across technology domains
Strong overall IT experience, including:
- Infrastructure
- Enterprise Applications
- Security
- Cloud
- Software
- Hardware
Proven experience leading multiple projects as a Program Manager
Experience dealing with demanding stakeholders and driving process
Experience executing projects using:
- Agile
- Waterfall
- Hybrid methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related discipline preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Director-level candidates will be considered
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional technology programs
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Experience managing multiple technology domains simultaneously
Compensation
- $85–$90/hr W2
- Marlborough, MA – Hybrid (3x Week Onsite)
- 6 Month Contract
