About the role
This role supports manufacturing quality operations in a regulated environment, focusing on resolving quality issues and ensuring compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive investigations and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Non-Conformance (NC) and CAPA activities including investigation, containment, and closure
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Support incoming and in-process inspection activities within manufacturing
- Conduct investigations for field issues and corrective actions, including risk evaluation
- Analyze quality data trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Industrial or related)
- 2–3 years of experience in Quality Engineering or manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with CAPA, Non-Conformance, and RCA
- Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments (GMP preferred)
- Exposure to Quality Management Systems (QMS) preferred
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):
- Estimated hourly range: $40–$50/hr (W-2).
- Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
