About the Role

We are seeking a Learning Program & Training Operations Coordinator to support educational programs, new-hire training, learning platforms, and training operations. This role requires strong coordination, organization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate educational programs and training sessions.
• Manage new-hire training, including materials, scheduling, logistics, and ongoing communication.
• Coordinate training sessions, meetings, action items, and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Support participants and instructors with learning-related questions and issues.
• Administer learning platforms, including user profiles, asset tracking, reporting, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Upload, organize, and maintain educational content.
• Create and distribute surveys and manage survey dashboards.
• Track multiple projects, schedules, resources, and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating educational programs, training sessions, or learning programs.
• Strong organizational, communication, project-management, and time-management skills.
• Experience working with learning platforms or educational technology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Ability to work independently and proactively while managing multiple priorities.

Compensation

Estimated hourly range: $30–$35/hr on W-2

Final rate will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
