About the Role
Join a manufacturing team assembling and testing sensor units in a clean, fast-paced production environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop hands-on experience in mechanical and electronic assembly while supporting high-quality manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly of assemblies and sub-assemblies.
- Follow work instructions to complete wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
- Perform equipment set-ups and adjustments while meeting blueprint specifications.
- Test assembled products and equipment as required.
- Maintain quality standards while following established assembly procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the production team and off-shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- 0–1 year of work experience with a consistent employment history.
- Experience or interest in mechanical assembly, electronic assembly, or manufacturing environments.
- Ability to follow written instructions and perform repetitive assembly tasks.
- Comfortable working with Windows-based computers.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency)
- Estimated hourly range: $19.80/hr (W-2).
- Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
