About the Role
We are seeking a Manufacturing Assembly Test Technician to support the assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and quality inspection of complex electromechanical products. This role will perform both subassembly and system-level builds while supporting production testing, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with precision electromechanical assembly, soldering, cleanroom manufacturing, and electronic test equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembly & Production
- Assemble complex electromechanical products and subassemblies
- Follow detailed manufacturing work instructions and procedures
- Handle miniature and precision components
- Perform visual inspections and quality verification
Testing & Troubleshooting
- Perform production testing on assemblies using custom software
- Troubleshoot production issues with the NPI team
Operate and interpret results from:
- Digital Multimeters
- Oscilloscopes
- Power Supplies
- Generate and maintain electronic test records and reports
Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Perform quality assurance measurements
- Support prototype-to-production transitions
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate electronic documentation
Manufacturing Support
- Work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
- Support assembly process improvements
- Follow safety and quality procedures
Qualifications
Education
Associate's Degree in:
- Electrical Technology
- Mechanical Technology
- Related Technical Discipline
- Equivalent experience considered
Required Experience
- 3 years of manufacturing assembly and testing experience
