About the role
This role leads the strategy, design, and administration of global benefits programs across EMEA, APAC, and Canada. You will partner with HR, IT, and vendors to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with employee well-being initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global benefits strategy across EMEA, APAC, and Canada
- Manage benefits programs and leave administration, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Lead Workday Benefits integrations, implementations, and system enhancements
- Oversee vendor management and RFP processes, including selection and onboarding
- Analyze benefits and leave data to drive program improvements and cost optimization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, HRIS, IT, and external vendors
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in global benefits and leave management
- Strong expertise in EMEA and APAC benefits regulations and practices
- Hands-on experience with Workday Benefits (integrations, configuration)
- Proven experience managing RFPs and vendor implementations
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):
- Estimated hourly range: $65–$70/hr (W-2).
- Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
